Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number, company name and message content.

Automatically, through Google Analytics 4 (only after you consent): pages viewed, visit duration, traffic source, device and browser type, and a truncated IP address. No analytics data is collected before your explicit consent.

We collect no sensitive personal information, and we use no profiling or automated decision-making.

To respond to your requests and send you a quote. To follow up on the business relationship. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, based on aggregated data.

Your information is never sold, rented or traded.

Placing analytics cookies requires your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit. You can accept or refuse with equal ease, and change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing does not affect your access to the site in any way.

Information submitted through the form is kept for 24 months after the last exchange, then securely destroyed. Aggregated analytics data is kept for 14 months.

You have the right to access your information, have it corrected, request its deletion, withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

To exercise these rights, write to the person identified in section 2. We respond within 30 days.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to information is limited to those who need it. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information, in accordance with Law 25.
